Andrey Alexandrovich Pisarev (born 6 November 1962) is a Russian musician and pianist. He is a professor and the dean of the piano faculty at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, and he was awarded the title Honored Artist of the Russian Federation in 2007.

Pisarev studied at the Music College affiliated with the Moscow Conservatory, where he was strongly influenced by his teacher Boris Abramovich Shatskes. In 1987 he graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where he studied with Professor Stanislav Dorensky.

He has received major prizes at international piano competitions. In 1983 he won First Prize at the S. V. Rachmaninoff Competition in Moscow. In 1991 he won First Prize at the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg, and in 1992 he received Fourth Prize and a special award for the best performance of works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition in Bolzano; the same year he also won First Prize at an international competition in Pretoria.

In 1999 Pisarev became a laureate of the Moscow City Prize in Literature and Art for his active concert activity. His professional standing has been further recognized by his long-term work at the Moscow Conservatory, culminating in his appointment as dean of its piano faculty.
