Leo Grill (German: Leo Grill; 24 February 1846 – 12 May 1919) was an Austrian-German music educator and composer.

He was born in Pest, in the Austrian Empire, and studied in Munich with Franz Lachner. Grill wrote an orchestral serenade, chamber music including a string quartet, and also piano, choral, and vocal works.

He is best known for his long tenure as professor of composition at the Leipzig Conservatory, where he taught from 1871 to 1907. Among his pupils was Leoš Janáček, who was initially put off by Grill's pedantic teaching approach but later came to appreciate him; Janáček wrote enthusiastically about Grill giving him personal lectures. Another of Grill's students was Henry Schonfeld.

Grill died in Ehrwald, Austria, in 1919. Scores of his works are available via the International Music Score Library Project (IMSLP).
