Silvio Vittore Alberto Scionti (20 November 1882–22 May 1973) was an American pianist and music educator of Italian origin. He was born in Acireale and trained at the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory in Naples.

At the beginning of the 20th century he moved to the United States. He lived in Chicago for three decades, teaching in local music institutions; among his students was Rita Broussard.

In the late 1930s Scionti toured активно as part of a piano duo with his wife, Isabel. From 1938 he lived in New York, and from 1942 to 1958 he taught at North Texas College in Denton, where one of his students was Ivan Davis.

Scionti wrote numerous pedagogical works, including the nine-volume series The Road to Piano Artistry (1944–1947). He is also associated with later publications devoted to his approach, including Remembering a Master Pianist and Teacher by Jack Guerry (1991) and Essays on Artistic Piano Playing, compiled by Guerry (1998).
